Azoplasm is an organo-mineral fertilizer enriched with micro elements that performs a phytostimulant activity. Its action is the result of the simultaneous presence of two different nitrogenous forms (i.e. ureic and organic). The organic fraction, in particular, is rich in betaine and vitamins and has a predominantly proteinic nature; it naturally stabilizes the insoluble fractions of the soil, protecting the nutrients from leaks due to leaching. Azoplasm has a foliage renewal effect and stimulates a correct photosynthetic functionality thanks to the presence of iron, associated and protected by the organic matter. Another element of fundamental importance is the zinc, which influences numerous biological functions interrupted on account of to low temperature conditions and low environmental brightness.
